Duke Rape Accuser Arrested for Attempted Murder

by admin on June 30, 2010

Crystal Gail Magnum is a real class act. You may remember her from when she accused three Duke Lacrosse team players of raping her in March 2006. She’s now on house arrest for setting her apartment on fire in an attempt to kill her boyfriend – while two police officers were in the apartment in response to a domestic violence call. Oh, her three children were also there.

Magnum wants the public know that she is being treated unfairly because of the Duke case. She denies setting the fire.

She is charged with arson, child endangerment and attempted murder. During a press conference she held at her home, she pleaded with her ex-boyfriend to help her out.
