A West Virginia man who reportedly ran from police on foot and was later caught, said he had no idea why he was naked. Of course, he was drunk at the time.
After being reported and located by police, the man led the cops on a chase through a neighborhood and several residential lawns, then ran across a road and was nearly hit by an oncoming car. He was finally captured in a schoolyard when he slipped on some wet grass.
Todd Edward Crenshaw told the cops his girlfriend had cheated on him and they were having some problems, but he didn’t know why he had no clothes.
He was arrested, of course, and took a breath test, on which he registered a blood alcohol concentration of .17 percent.
