When three punks in Pennsylvania saw Donald Fehr sitting on his porch in only his underwear, they told him to put on some clothes and stop being “disrespectful.” When he refused to put on more clothes, they took matters, and a Wiffle ball bat, into their own hands.
One of the young men, Hector Morales, Jr., 19, beat Fehr with the bat until it broke, then used his fists to continue the beating. When it was all over, Fehr had a broken jaw, fractured skull and several broken teeth.
Morales was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and several other offenses. He is now in jail, which is a bad place for men who are uncomfortable seeing other men who are only partially clothed.
